Job Description:

We at Fusion Practices are looking for a Data Analyst to support an ongoing ServiceNow Upgrade project. The role focuses on data cleansing, quality assurance, and data migration activities as part of the upgrade lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for data inconsistencies, and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and profile existing datasets to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues across static and dynamic data.
• Drive data cleansing efforts by working closely with stakeholders to validate, update, and enrich data sources.
• Establish and maintain regular communication with mid to senior-level stakeholders to provide updates on data remediation progress and timelines.
• Ensure all data used during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is fully validated and cleansed to support accurate test results.
• Partner with technical and business teams to ensure a smooth data migration process during project deployment.
• Document findings, transformations, and mappings to ensure transparency and repeatability of the cleansing and migration process.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data analysis, profiling, and cleansing activities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data wrangling utilities.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to engage with diverse teams across time zones.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output in a structured and deadline-driven environment
  
  

Requirements

As an Oracle Technical Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, PL/SQL, and Oracle Fusion solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle technologies including PaaS for SaaS integration, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and BI Publisher, alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills.
