We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Data Analyst with strong expertise in data analysis using Azure data services and Python. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, working on end-to-end data pipelines, creating meaningful dashboards, and uncovering insights to support business decisions. Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical modeling, and data wrangling using Python.
- Analyze large and complex datasets stored in Azure (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database).
- Develop, optimize, and manage data pipelines using Azure tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are followed.
- Design and implement scalable data analysis workflows in cloud environments.
- Automate reporting and analysis processes using Python scripts and Azure services.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and business logic for reproducibility.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, visualization, and automation (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
- Strong experience working within the Azure cloud ecosystem:
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Data Lake
- Azure Synapse / SQL Database
- Azure Databricks (preferred)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and ETL/ELT concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts or exposure to ML projects is a plus.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., DP-900, DP-203) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
