Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst/Data Modeler with strong expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and financial domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data structures, requirements gathering, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth data analysis and gap analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate high-level functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and develop data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) that align with enterprise data governance and standards.
• Maintain accurate and reliable metadata and data-related artifacts ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
• Provide effort estimations, perform reviews, and support all stages of the SDLC and Agile processes.
• Ensure all data solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet project timelines.
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset with a self-starter attitude and strong sense of ownership.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:

• 8–12 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling
• Strong knowledge of the Financial Domain
• Proficiency in:
• SQL
• GCP Big Query
• Erwin, Visual Paradigm (preferred)
• MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in metadata management and maintaining enterprise data governance standards
• Exposure to cloud data platforms and architecture strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
