Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst/Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing tech team. This role involves working on real-time sensor data, time-series analysis, geospatial ML models, and building robust data pipelines for high-impact applications. You’ll collaborate with our AI, product, and engineering teams to turn raw data into actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, clean, and process live sensor data, time-series data, and geospatial datasets.
- Develop and deploy ML and deep learning models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Work closely with ML engineers to operationalize models (ML DevOps) and monitor model performance in production.
- Contribute to data visualization dashboards and reporting systems for internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define data needs, explore new sources, and improve data accessibility and quality.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with live sensor data, time-series datasets, or geospatial data is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Python and tools such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and geospatial libraries like GeoPandas or PostGIS.
- Familiarity with ML workflows, training pipelines, and deployment tools such as MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow.
- Basic understanding of Docker and containerized environments for data/ML services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with AWS/GCP, Kafka, or time-series databases like InfluxDB or TimescaleDB.
