Data Analyst Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean and efficient Python scripts to automate data workflows—fetching, transforming, and preparing data for reporting or modeling
• Work with APIs to retrieve or push data between systems
• Build and fine-tune forecasting models tailored to client needs
• Apply a strong understanding of KPIs across hospitality, retail, and logistics to drive client-specific insights
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, clarify objectives, assess feasibility (with team collaboration if needed), and define clear timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams and mentor interns or junior analysts when required

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Ability to understand and write complex SQL queries for working with large datasets
• Practical experience with forecasting and predictive modeling techniques (e.g., Prophet, SARIMAX, XGBoost)
• Solid understanding of domain KPIs, including:
• Hospitality: Occupancy, RevPAR, ADR
• Retail: Footfall, Sales Conversion, Inventory Turnover
• Logistics: Delivery Timelines, Order Volume, Fulfillment Rates
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
