Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data visualizations.

Requirements:

• 6-12 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with 3-4 years of experience specifically in the insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of data querying languages (e.g., SQL)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
