Position Overview:
Verloop.io is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven individual with a deep passion for data, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML). Position:
At the core of our operations lies the significance of data. We are actively seeking a Data Analyst to become an integral part of our Customer Success team, contributing to informed decision-making across departments such as Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Duration
The initial period for this position is 6 months, with the potential for a full-time role contingent upon performance and a comprehensive review at the end of the six-month period.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Customer Success Managers to provide data-driven insights that facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Develop algorithms to extract meaningful information from large datasets, contributing to enhanced business intelligence.
- Construct custom dashboards and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to empower CSMs in their roles.
Collaborate on the creation of a long-term analytics infrastructure, enabling internal stakeholders to independently gather insights.
Skill Set
- Understand the product and identify necessary data for problem-solving.
- Hacker mindset: Analyze problem statements and devise effective solutions.
- Coding: Proficient in coding, particularly in Python, for cleaning vast volumes of data.
- SQL & NoSQL: Ability to write clean and optimized queries.
- Transform complex data into consumable insights that can be used to build compelling narratives.
Experience with BI tools is a plus.
Qualification
- Seeking final year or fresh graduate Bachelor’s/Master’s students.
- Proven track record in previous internships.
- Proactive mindset.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and assume responsibilities.
NOTE:
The candidates who wish to apply will have to join immediately and be available for a period of 6 months, 5 days a week, mon - fri, 10am to 7pm
