About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Data Analyst & Scrum Master/PMO to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving efficiency and accuracy within our financial operations, with a specific focus on forecasting, pre-close, and close processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical acumen, and project management skills. You will work with data and collaborate with people to ensure timely delivery of outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Forecasting:

• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts using SQL and other analytical tools.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement in forecasting, pre-close, and close processes.
• Prepare and present insightful reports and visualizations to stakeholders.
• Work with large datasets to extract, clean, and analyze information. Financial Close Support:
• Assist in the pre-close and close processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues that impact the financial close.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Remove impediments and ensure the goals are met.
• Promote a collaborative and agile environment.
• Proactively identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a financial operations environment.
• Hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with finance transformation.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience with financial forecasting, pre-close, and close processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs. Experience:
• 5-8 years of relevant experience. Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience in data analysis within a financial operations environment.
• Hands-on experience in FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience with finance transformation.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
