Job Title: Data engineer – AtScale / Data

Job Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 2 months (1st May to 30th June)

Job Time: 12.00 PM to 09.00 PM

Location: Remote

Rate: Maximum 1.2LPM

Years of Exp: 3 - 5 years

DETAILS JOB DESCRIPTION

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.

• Woking knowledge of ETL and Data Platforms with SAP data (SAP being the source for OLAP)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop data pipelines that leverage AtScale's semantic layer to provide high-performance, live query access.

• Involving in data exploitation and the development of analytical data models with SAP data using AtScale semantic layer.

• Work with the broader data team to integrate AtScale with existing data infrastructure and tools.

• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

PRIMARY SKILLS

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role with experience in Atscale.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.

• Woking knowledge of ETL and Data Platforms with SAP data (SAP being the source for OLAP)

• Expertise in Dimension Modeling is a must • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data accessibility.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills. SECONDARY SKILLS (IF ANY) • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP

• Experience with data governance and security practices is a plus.

• Experience with Agile methodologies

• Proficiency in Git version control.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred, or equivalent demonstrable experience.

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED (IF ANY)

Desirable to have cloud certifications in Data, Analytics, or Ops/Architect.
