What You'll Do

🎯 Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to process billing and payment data efficiently.

📊 Write advanced SQL scripts and Python processes for data transformation and automation.

🔍 Optimize and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.

📢 Ensure proper data transfer for customer billing communications (e.g., Bill Ready, Disconnect Alerts).

📖 Create and maintain technical documentation for data processes, system dependencies, and data flow diagrams.

🤝 Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Retention, and third-party vendors to enhance workflows.

🛠️ Represent technical requirements in cross-functional discussions and provide insights on data design and automation.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Google Cloud experience, specifically with BigQuery and Airflow (creating DAGs and scheduling workflows).

✅ Strong Python skills for data processing and automation.

✅ Advanced SQL expertise, including proficiency in writing complex queries.

✅ Experience in data modeling, including creating new tables, ETL pipelines, and integrating data into existing architecture.

✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data issues efficiently.

✅ Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and stakeholders.
