Overview
Are you a seasoned Data Engineer with deep Adobe Experience Platform expertise? We're partnering with a leading Canadian bank to deliver large-scale personalization initiativesand were looking for you to join the mission.
In this high-impact role, youll help design, integrate, and optimize customer data pipelines and schemas across web, mobile, and API channels to power real-time, personalized experiences at scale.

In this high-impact role, youll help design, integrate, and optimize customer data pipelines and schemas across web, mobile, and API channels to power real-time, personalized experiences at scale.
What Youll Do
- Develop and extend XDM-based schemas in Adobe RTCDP
- Build ingestion pipelines for Web SDK, Mobile SDK, batch and streaming sources
- Work with AEP APIs for schema management, data ingestion, and activation
- Support data readiness for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Collaborate with marketing, architecture, and engineering teams
- Ensure data privacy compliance and governance (GDPR, CCPA)
- 10+ years as a Data Engineer in MarTech or Data Engineering
- Recent hands-on experience with :
- Adobe RTCDP (schema design, ingestion)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Web & Mobile SDKs
- AEP APIs
- Strong in SQL, and one or more : Python, Java, Node.js
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Identity stitching and profile unification
- Event-based data model knowledge (Kafka, Kinesis)
- Marketing automation or customer journey orchestration experience
- Collaborate with industry leaders and senior stakeholders
