We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems. Prior experience working in SaaS-based companies is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems. Prior experience working in SaaS-based companies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate with front-end applications and third-party systems.
- Implement best coding practices, design patterns, and software development principles to build robust applications.
- Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve backend architecture and services.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in backend development using Java (Java 8+ preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Experience in designing and developing Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Web Services.
- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
- Knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Skilled in writing unit tests (JUnit /Mockito).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
- Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms like OAuth2, JWT, or SSO.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Qualification : Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
