Job Overview:
RSquareSoft Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves designing and building robust data pipelines, optimizing data workflows, and managing infrastructure for large-scale data processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, Databricks, PySpark, SQL, AWS, and exposure to Infrastructure and DevOps practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable ETL pipelines using Python, Databricks, and PySpark.
• Data Processing: Work with structured and unstructured data to ensure data quality, consistency, and performance.
• Cloud Integration: Build and manage data solutions using AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, EMR).
• SQL Expertise: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor data infrastructure; work with CI/CD tools and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Data Governance: Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PySpark and Databricks.
• Solid understanding of SQL and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and data tools.
• Exposure to Infrastructure and DevOps tools (Git, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring tools).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
• Must be available to join within 30 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
