Overview

Responsible for developing, optimize, and maintaining business intelligence and data warehouse systems, ensuring secure, efficient data storage and retrieval, enabling self-service data exploration, and supporting stakeholders with insightful reporting and analysis.

  • Support the development and maintenance of business intelligence and analytics systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement of business intelligence and analytics systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Design and optimize data warehouse architecture to support efficient storage and retrieval of large datasets.
  • Enable self-service data exploration capabilities for users to analyze and visualize data independently.
  • Develop reporting and analysis applications to generate insights from data for business stakeholders.
  • Design and implement data models to organize and structure data for analytical purposes.
  • Implement data security and federation strategies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • Optimize business intelligence production processes and adopt best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Assist in training and support to users on business intelligence tools and applications.
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with vendors and oversee project management activities to ensure timely and successful implementation of business intelligence solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline. Master's degree or PhD preferred.

Relevant work experience in data engineering based on the following number of years:

Standard I: Two (2) years

Standard II: Three (3) years

Senior I: Four (4) years

Senior II: Five (5) years
