Notice Period : Immediate – 30 days

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be part of the Business Insights team, contributing to the success of various data-driven initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and optimizing data architecture to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business.

Performing data mapping, cleansing, and transformation for migration purposes.

Exploring data to uncover insights such as patterns, seasonality, trends, cause-and-effect relationships, and correlations.

Writing complex, efficient queries to transform raw data into accessible models using Python, Snowflake, and SQL.

Architecting, building, and launching new data models that provide intuitive analytics for the team.

Developing expertise in data pipelines and ensuring data quality.

Collaborating with internal team members and stakeholders across different time zones for requirements clarification and progress updates.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in data management.

Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes and data migration.

Familiarity with Zuora; experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite is a strong plus.

Demonstrated ability to interpret large volumes of data and present compelling insights.

Innovative and self-starting approach to challenges, combining business understanding with technical skills for effective decision-making.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in large-scale data migration projects.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a results-driven team.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing data pipelines and analytics.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
