Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement machine learning/deep learning models for computer vision tasks, including image processing, object detection, object tracking, and video analysis.
    • Design and build robust end-to-end pipelines for data processing and analysis to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
    • Conduct a thorough statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making and validate model performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions and translate business needs into technical requirements.
    • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices in model deployment and integration.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and computer vision technologies.
    • Optimize model performance and scalability for deployment in production environments.
Required Qualifications:
    • Ph.D. or Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
    • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Science with a strong focus on Deep learning & computer vision.
    • Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
    • Strong understanding of ML and DL concepts, and their application in computer vision.
    • Good understanding about the core computer vision tasks and a strong proficiency in image processing techniques such as filtering, thresholding, morphological operations, and image transformations.
    • Experience working with large-scale datasets, annotating images, and creating datasets for training computer vision models.
    • Strong database knowledge and familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub.
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker is an added advantage.
    • Exposure to Edge Computing and deploying models on edge devices for real-time CV applications is a plus.

    • Strong problem-solving mindset and logical thinking.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Positive attitude toward continuous learning and acquiring new skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Managing skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
