Role Description
AI/ML/DL,Data Science,Python, LLM, Gen AI
- 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution workflow design for AI/ML/Analytics projects.
- Strong experience in programming skills in Python and SQL.
- In-depth understanding of Machine Learning (ML) libraries and applications, including Time Series Analysis, Neural Networks, SVMs, boosting methods, and their implementation using Python.
- Experience in Deep Learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business SMEs and UX teams.
- Intermediate knowledge of DevOps practices, including CICD, Automation, Build Management, and Versioning.
- Familiarity with Cloud Services, including Microsoft Azure, GCP, or Amazon Web Services.
- Experience in LLM/Gen AI, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Parameter Hyper-tuning.
- Experience in PySpark is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with hands-on coding experience.
- Proficient in data fetch, data merge, data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering.
- Skilled in Python and SQL with practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms.
- Take full responsibility for client engagement, aligning the development team with the technical roadmap.
- Define and implement analytical requirements by analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards, and providing solutions.
- Develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Design new analytical solutions by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
- Continuously improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
- Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
- Define project requirements by identifying milestones, phases, and elements; form project teams; and establish project budgets.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activities, resolving issues, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, offering help desk support, and training users.
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by ensuring confidentiality.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional societies.
