About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered solutions for analytics and aviation operations.
• Implement and optimize GenAI workflows using cloud technologies (primarily Microsoft Azure), integrating with data platforms and operational systems.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services for conversational interfaces and AI-assisted analytics, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Support the design and optimization of AI context management (embeddings, retrieval, prompt construction, caching) for accurate and compliant data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Practical experience delivering GenAI solutions to production, including prompt design, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Experience with AI system design and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Agent Development Kit) and supporting infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java, with knowledge of software engineering best practices such as testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (serverless, containers, event-driven architectures, API gateways, monitoring).
• Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
