You are a data-driven problem solver with 5+ years of experience who can translate business problems into analytical solutions. You combine strong statistical thinking with practical engineering skills to build, evaluate, and deploy data-driven models in production environments. You are comfortable working with large datasets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Must haves:

• Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow and other AI/ML frameworks
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms
• Proven experience in data cleaning, feature engineering, and model development
• Experience working with LLMs and generative AI systems, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks
• Experience with prompt engineering and prompt versioning
• Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML/AI pipelines (data training deployment monitoring)
• Experience deploying models using GCP services (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery)
• Exposure to document understanding, structured and unstructured data integration, and knowledge graph pipelines
• Familiarity with experiment tracking and model evaluation tools (e.g., MLflow or similar)

Good to have:

• Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Experience deploying AI-powered solutions in production, including MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, lifecycle management)
• Experience with evaluation and optimization of LLM systems (e.g., LLM-as-judge, human evaluation, metrics)
