Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with over 8 years of expertise to join our team in Bangalore or Chennai. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leveraging data to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and a proven track record in working with large datasets, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Develop, test, and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems and optimize business processes.
• Data Processing & Feature Engineering: Work with structured and unstructured data, clean and preprocess it for analysis, and create relevant features for model development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions for a wide range of challenges.
• Visualization & Reporting: Present findings through data visualizations and clear, concise reports that help inform decision-making.
• Model Evaluation: Use various techniques like cross-validation and performance metrics to evaluate model performance and optimize for better results.
• Research & Development: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the data science and machine learning fields, applying new techniques to real-world business problems.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Technical Background: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Machine Learning & AI: Extensive experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and model deployment.
• Data Engineering: Solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and working with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• Statistical Analysis: Expertise in statistical analysis techniques, hypothesis testing, and data visualization.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to approach problems with a strategic mindset and provide data-driven solutions.
