Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: TechM Noida NSEZ Plot 131 133 Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and data scientists to develop innovative AI/ML solutions that drive business value. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Oversee the end to end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance of AI/ML solutions. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems and processes. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, and apply them to enhance project outcomes. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and data science. Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and management effectively. Participate in recruitment and training of new team members to build a high performing team. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in AI, ML, and DL with a strong portfolio of projects. Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn). Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML solutions. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 7 10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML/DL, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects on time and within budget.
