Overview
We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong manufacturing domain knowledge to turn raw OT and IT data into actionable insights. You will explore data patterns, identify value drivers, and prototype use cases like yield improvement, quality prediction, or energy optimization. This role requires strong collaboration with plant engineers and digital product owners to ensure data science solutions are practical and measurable.
Key job function
1)Analyze data from OT (sensors, PLCs, SCADA) and IT (MES, ERP) systems
2) Build models for predictive quality, maintenance, and process analytics
3) Prototype and test advanced analytics use cases in manufacturing settings
4) Work with engineers to validate results and co-develop improvements
5) Create compelling data stories and visuals for business impact using Power BI or Python
6) Partner with AI/ML specialists to prepare data and build training pipelines
