Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong expertise in LLMs and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will work on real-world industrial use cases involving NLP, automation, and decision intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications
• Design and implement LLM-powered solutions (chatbots, copilots, document intelligence, etc.)
• Work on fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation of LLMs
• Build end-to-end data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and modeling
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Monitor model performance and ensure scalability and reliability
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Experience in prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning
• Knowledge of NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, transformers)
• Familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Understanding of API integration and model deployment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related quantitative fields
• Experience working on GenAI-based products or solutions
• Knowledge of LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps pipelines
• Background in industrial domains (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Defence), if any.
