Location: Bengaluru/Pune/Hyderabad
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Quality Assurance (QA)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain test cases and test plans for MDM systems.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure data quality and system integrity.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Perform data validation and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency of master data.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure compliance with data standards.
- Document testing processes, test results, and defect reports.
- Conduct post-release testing to ensure changes do not impact system performance or data quality.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data management best practices.
- Strong understanding of MDM principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of data validation and data cleansing techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Doctorate not required)
