Devops Engineer - Director - Software Engineering
Profile Description
We’re seeking someone to join our team as Cloud & Infra Eng,We're seeking someone to join our Data Loss Prevention Squad team as a Cloud Infrastructure Integration Engineer in Data Protection Services to automate cloud and on-prem infrastructure processes to implement/enhance DLP controls.

Process Optimization
Process Optimization dept within Technology partners up with other Firm wide divisions like Finance, Operations, Internal Audit etc on their process optimization initiatives. We are responsible for defining the framework for process transformation and also support various tools .The tool spectrum encompasses the whole process improvement lifecycle with tools like Signavio for Process Mapping, Celonis for Process Mining and various Low Code tools like Alteryx, UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. We provide the benefit framework necessary to quantify, measure and sustain the work
Software Engineering
This is Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
- Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
- Automating cloud and on-prem infrastructure processes to implement/enhance DLP controls
- Enhancing DevOps practices within the squad including Infrastructure as Code, test automation, CI/CD, etc.
- Managing a global DLP security infrastructure and working with an array of security products such as Netskope DLP and Proofpoint DLP.
- Working with a range of risk teams to understand and implement security requirements
- Handling operational escalations and managing production incidents during on-call support.
- Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
- Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
- Scripting: Python, PowerShell or similar
- DevOps: Git, CI/CD Pipeline, Test Automation
- OS: Linux, Windows, macOS(optional)
- Networking: network configuration and debugging
- Security Practices: Knowledge of critical cyber security controls.
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
