Job Description:

Migration from Siebel CRM to Dynamics CRM using Azure Data factory.

• Global Dynamics CRM implementation, target 7000+ users, dozens of interfaces.

• Skillset:

Dynamics CRM: understanding of Data model & core functionalities

• Azure Data Factory: understanding of SQL Scripts, stored procedures and ADF ETL pipelines. Ability to execute within existing set up
• SQL: ability to execute existing procedures, analyze logs, derive results
• Generic: ability to understand complex business processes, strong team skills

Responsibility:

• Feedback and Improvement: Gather user feedback and implement enhancements.
• Platform Management: Oversee upgrades, provide support, and contribute to the further development of our suite of tools.
• Scripting and Task Automation: Utilize bash, shell, Powershell, and Groovy for consumption scripts and task automation.
• Infrastructure Management: Manage the infrastructure, ensuring its stability and efficiency including oncall support.
• Migration support: Supporting the cloud migration activities.
• Training and Support: Provide user training and create documentation.
• Best Practices: Promote best practices and ensure compliance with policies.
