Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Gurgaon

Role Proficiency

• Act under the guidance of Lead II/Architect to understand customer requirements and translate them into design of new DevOps (CI/CD) components.
• Capable of managing at least one Agile team.

Key Outcomes

• Interpret DevOps tool/feature/component design and develop/support them per specifications.
• Adapt existing DevOps solutions or create new ones for novel contexts.
• Code, debug, test, document, and communicate development stages/status.
• Select appropriate technical options (reuse, improve, or reconfigure existing components).
• Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality of DevOps process/tools.
• Validate results with user representatives and commission overall solutions.
• Help engineers troubleshoot novel/complex issues beyond SOPs.
• Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and software.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning (cloud/on-premises) with architect guidance.
• Guide DevOps Engineers in supporting existing components.
• Work with diverse teams using Agile methodologies.
• Drive cost savings through automation.
• Mentor junior engineers (A1/A2) and conduct code reviews.
