DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 4-5 years of expertise in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and delivery of applications.
  
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
  
• Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for performance, reliability, and security.
  
• Ensure continuous monitoring, logging, and alerting for application and system health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
  
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate and automate processes for streamlined application deployment.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
  
• Drive continuous improvements in CI/CD processes and infrastructure, ensuring best practices and scalability.
  
• Ensure proper security configurations and implement access controls, identity management, and encryption for cloud infrastructure.
  
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery planning, and ensure high availability and business continuity.
  
• Assist in performance tuning, load balancing, and system scaling to meet application needs.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• 4-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
  
• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
  
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI.
  
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  
• Scripting experience with languages like Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
  
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
  
• Experience in version control tools like Git and familiarity with GitOps principles.
  
• Strong understanding of system performance optimization, load balancing, and networking.
  
• Experience with security best practices in cloud environments (IAM, encryption, firewall management).
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
  
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and deliver results.
