DevOps Engineer

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant DevOps pipelines for blockchain-based applications.
• Manage and monitor blockchain node infrastructure (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polkadot, Cosmos, etc.).
• Automate deployment, scaling, and management of services using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.
• Implement CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance through robust monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Maintain security best practices across infrastructure and deployments, including key management and secrets handling.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to support agile product release cycles.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply long-term solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of DevOps or SRE experience, with at least 2+ years focused on blockchain infrastructure.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
• Experience deploying and managing full blockchain nodes or validators.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols and decentralized architectures.
• Strong grasp of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Web3, DeFi platforms, or cryptographic security.
• Knowledge of zero-downtime deployments, canary releases, and blue-green strategies.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain tools or communities.
• Understanding of smart contract deployment pipelines (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Foundry).

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
