Roles & Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth code integration and deployment.
- Work with senior engineers to manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and optimize resource usage.
- Support containerization efforts using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve deployment and performance issues.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability.
- Help automate repetitive tasks using tools like Jenkins, Puppet, etc.
- Learn and contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Stay updated on DevOps trends and technologies, applying best practices to projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure management, or related areas.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
- Hands-on experience through internships or academic projects in DevOps.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Certifications in cloud platforms or Kubernetes are a plus.
