Position: Team Leader – DevOps Full Stack Developer (Multi-Cloud | Low-Code/NoCode)

Location: Remote

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Full Stack Team Leader who thrives in multicloud environments and has a strong command of low-code/no-code platforms.

You'll lead a team building scalable, full-stack applications while deploying via modern

DevOps practices. This is a highly technical, leadership-focused role with opportunities

to innovate across platforms.

Tech Stack & Tools

Languages & Frontend:Nice to Have

• Experience in app development for mobile/desktop using hybrid stacks

• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in cloud environments

• Previous work in SaaS or startup ecosystems

• JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, HTML, CSS

• Vue.js, React.js, Next.js

• Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

Backend & Frameworks:

• Laravel, Express.js, Node.js

• API integration & development (RESTful APIs)DevOps & Cloud Platforms:

• AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Harness, Spinnaker, Jenkins, GitLab

Low-Code/No-Code Experience:

• Zoho Creator, Outsystems, Kissflow, Bubble.io, Softr

Databases:

• MySQL, MongoDB (Schema Design, Architecture)

Tools & APIs:

• Git, GitHub (CoPilot), VS Code

• Swagger, Postman, Mandrill, Mailchimp

Operating Systems:

• Ubuntu/Linux, WindowsState Management:

• Redux, Recoil, Redux Toolkit, Context API

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development efforts across cloud-native and low-code platforms

• Design, implement, and maintain DevOps pipelines in multi-cloud setups

• Oversee frontend, backend, and business logic with scalable architecture

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical deliverables

• Guide the team through Agile sprints, code reviews, and technical mentoring

• Manage version control and deployment workflows using Git/GitLab

• Publish and contribute to open-source projects or internal frameworks

• Ensure code quality, reusability, and performance across the stack

• Build cross-platform (desktop + mobile) applications when required

What You Bring

• 5+ years in full-stack web development with DevOps responsibilities

• Proven experience in multi-cloud CI/CD setup (AWS, GCP, etc.)

• Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams or projects

• Strong grasp of low-code/no-code platforms and modern deployment strategies

• Open-source contributions or public GitHub projects a big plus

• Experience working with Agile teams and client-driven environments

• Passion for innovation, performance optimization, and automation

Nice to Have

• Experience in app development for mobile/desktop using hybrid stacks

• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in cloud environments

• Previous work in SaaS or startup ecosystems
