As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, and maintain our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for our users and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Maintain: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
• Integration: Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, including Cobalt's iPaaS platform.
• Customization: Customize and configure Salesforce features (e.g., workflows, process builders, validation rules, objects, and fields) to meet business needs.
• Data Management: Handle data migration, import/export, and data integrity across Salesforce environments.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, providing technical solutions.
• Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize and automate Salesforce processes, improving platform performance and scalability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for development work, processes, and integrations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and API tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II.
• Other Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Architect are a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver scalable solutions.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
