You will play a key role in the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD/CT (Continuous Integration / Delivery / Testing) pipelines, partnering closely with development teams to ensure deployment scalability, observability, and resilience. While your primary focus will be on DevOps tooling and automation, experience or interest in DevSecOps and security automation is considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of CI/CD/CT pipelines , enabling faster and more reliable product releases.
- Support and extend on-prem and cloud-based Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform on Azure .
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot deployment and environment issues, considering interdependencies and compliance requirements (e.g., GE Healthcare QMS).
- Coordinate efforts across multiple development teams to align roadmaps and priorities.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes , including hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.
- Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services (AKS, ACR, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Azure DevOps Pipelines .
- Scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, Bash, or Shell ).
- Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have / Security-Focused Skills
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation tools.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Nessus ).
- Understanding of zero-trust architecture or security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience integrating static/dynamic code analysis tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Awareness of secure coding principles and regulatory security considerations.
