Overview
You're a DevOps engineer who prioritizes prevention over reaction. If you find satisfaction in dissecting complex legacy infrastructure, architecting more efficient systems, and automating every repetitive process you come across, this role is designed for you. We need a DevOps and AWS infrastructure specialist who excels in high-pressure scenarios where 99.9% uptime is the baseline expectation. Your work will span a portfolio of acquired products, each presenting unique challenges, as you migrate them into a unified, scalable AWS environment while implementing monitoring and automation that keeps incidents to a minimum.
Other companies ask you to support a single technology stack. We're asking you to merge and refine multiple stacks without causing disruptions. While conventional wisdom says to isolate databases, we take a different approach—strategically consolidating them to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency across our entire portfolio. This position isn't suited for someone content with maintaining the status quo; it's built for someone who looks at fragmented, inconsistent infrastructure and immediately envisions how to improve it.
Your scope includes infrastructure migrations, AI-powered automation, performance optimization, database transitions, and cost management. This means identifying and resolving issues, orchestrating cloud migrations with minimal downtime, and leveraging AI/ML-driven workflows to automate significant portions of your workload. You'll possess genuine decision-making power over infrastructure choices—no endless waiting for sign-offs from stakeholders disconnected from the technical reality.
If you're a self-directed problem-solver who enjoys unraveling complicated systems and ensuring they operate smoothly, this position will feel like the perfect challenge. If you require constant guidance, struggle with managing diverse technology stacks, or prefer greenfield projects over bringing structure to complexity, this isn't the right fit. If you're prepared to claim ownership of a high-impact infrastructure position with opportunities to build, refine, and automate at scale, submit your application today!
