DevOps Engineer with strong AI knowledge _148

Overview

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong AI knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in cloud infrastructure, automation, and incident management, with hands-on experience supporting AI/ML workloads in production. This position requires the flexibility to work in shift-based schedules and the ability to partner closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations, ensure system reliability, and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for cloud-based environments, including AI Services
• Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure using Terraform and Azure Services
• Monitor and support Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using JIRA and ServiceNow
• Collaborate with development, data, and AI teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual overhead and improve platform reliability and efficiency
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or ARM templates).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows.
• Familiarity with GenAI models such as LLMs and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud environment and services (e.g., AI Service, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics).
• Experience with AI Platform Engineering, AWS Cloud and Databricks is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Services and other AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability concepts
• Knowledge of LLM and RAG- based solution is a preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
