In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Project Portfolio Management team you translate business requirements into innovative AI solutions using advanced generative AI models and frameworks. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Proficiency in developing custom AI models
- Experience with generative AI models like GPT, DALL-E
- Knowledge in large language models and AI applications
- Experience with NLP frameworks like Dialogflow, IBM Watson
- Proficiency in AI model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Familiarity with cloud platforms for AI model deployment
