Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to development teams, ensure best engineering practices, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Define application architecture, technology stack, and coding standards.
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, security, and performance guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in project planning, estimations, and delivery management.
• Support pre-sales activities, including technical solutioning and effort estimation.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams toward effective solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern development practices such as microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions.
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, Java, J2EE, and enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and front-end integration.
• Solid experience with SQL Server, Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience building and consuming Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience working with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Knowledge of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable application design
