Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the architecture of complex, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using the .NET framework.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, participating in meetings to understand business needs, provide insights, and propose innovative solutions.
• Lead development teams, set coding standards, and enforce best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Define and document architecture strategies, design patterns, and system roadmaps for modular, efficient, and future-proof applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex SQL databases to support application performance and scalability needs.
• Leverage MVC, Entity Framework, and Blazor for designing modular and responsive web applications.
• Architect RESTful WebAPIs for seamless integration and interaction across system components.
• Stay updated on emerging .NET technologies, integrating them into existing systems to maintain technological leadership.
• Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and foster knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise.
• Investigate complex software issues, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architecture, design decisions, and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development with a strong focus on architecture and design.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, WebAPI, and Blazor.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL databases and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of scalable software architectures and design patterns.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, understanding business processes, and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and integration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including leading Agile ceremonies and sprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
