Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Dot Net Developer (Team Lead) for our client – a Texas-based digital transformation company. This role is ideal for an experienced .NET professional ready to lead a team and take ownership of full-cycle software development projects involving .NET, C#, React.js, and modern database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of junior .NET developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using React.js, .NET Core, and C#.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and application performance.
• Perform code reviews and assist in technical documentation.
• Integrate and manage MySQL Server or other relational databases.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, React.js, and Angular.
• Proven experience in mentoring or leading development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
• Proficient with web technologies and front-end frameworks.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
