Job Title: Technical Lead – .NET Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead – .NET Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with leadership qualities to mentor junior developers and guide the technical direction of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end web applications using .NET technologies.
• Client handling and successful project delivery with quality work.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
• Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code with adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conducted code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provided mentorship to development team members.
• Take ownership of technical deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Continuously research and implement the latest technologies and best practices.
• Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

Technical Skills Required:

• Backend: C#, ASP.NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework/EF Core
• Frontend: Angular/React/Blazor, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Database: SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization
• DevOps/Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker - must
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.) – preferred
• Testing: Unit Testing Frameworks (NUnit, xUnit), Integration Testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading small to medium-sized development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Must Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like Angular 14+ or React 18+.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).
• Client handling and Team Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
