Overview

Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer

Experience Levels:

• Technical Lead: 8–10 years
• Senior Engineer: 5–8 years

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in electronics product development, covering all phases of the V-model
• Hands-on work with:
• Firmware, MCAL, HAL, and Board Support Packages (BSP)
• Communication protocols like CAN and Ethernet
• Able to:
• Plan and design software modules or subsystems
• Define and run developer tests
• Estimate work effort for modules
• Strong in C programming
• Familiar with interface and program architecture
• Ensure software quality through thorough testing
• Write and maintain clear documentation
• Participate in code and design reviews
• Experience with device drivers, RTOS, and operating systems

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of cybersecurity in industrial systems
• Certification like CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering).
