Enterprise Data Architect

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Process Architecture: Design, document, and maintain end-to-end enterprise process maps using standard modeling notation (BPMN).
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reducing cycle times and operational waste using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the liaison between IT, Operations, Sales, and HR to ensure processes are integrated and data flows seamlessly across departments.
• Change Management: Drive the adoption of new processes and tools by creating training materials and facilitating workshops.
• Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs for process efficiency and generate regular dashboards to report on organizational health and maturity.
• Tool Implementation: Assist in the selection and configuration of enterprise software (ERP, CRM, Workflow Automation tools) to support process goals.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
