Overview
- Key Responsibilities:-
- Perform daily system checks, updates, and maintenance of hardware/software.
- Manage user accounts, access control, and password resets.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for system, network, and application issues.
- Monitor and maintain site network operations; coordinate with base/corporate IT for escalations.
- Ensure IT security compliance through patches, antivirus updates, and policy adherence.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN (networking), Router,, switches, Firewalls, SQL Required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bsc IT/Msc IT/ Diploma in IT required
- Experience of 3-5 years required in IT
