Role : Test Manager / Test Lead ( to work closely with PM)
Seeking an India based highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to coordinate and lead the testing efforts for our Go-to-Market Operations enterprise business process transformation initiatives and NPI. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of the business capability and managing a team of testers.

Seeking an India based highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to coordinate and lead the testing efforts for our Go-to-Market Operations enterprise business process transformation initiatives and NPI. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of the business capability and managing a team of testers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The position requires a Project Manager with a testing hat (Test Manager) who can come in and work alongside a Project Manager on cross-functional GTM implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives, success criteria, and acceptance criteria.
- Review business requirements and document the Test Plan detailing test scope, approach, schedules, team, responsibilities, reporting, etc.
- Collaborate / Facilitate with function leads and subject matter experts to develop, document and orchestrate detailed business user test plans, test strategies, and test cases to validate the functionality.
- Coordinate the execution of multiple test phases including functional user experience, regression, integrations and reports testing.
- Identify, log, and manage defects through the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead a team of functional business testers, providing guidance on testing methodologies, best practices, and use of testing tools.
- Coordinate between onsite/offshore teams for a smooth implementation of testing
- Solicit, assess, and recommend test automation tool(s) to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Provide recommendations to mitigate testing-related risks.
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, including test execution metrics and defect status.
- Communicate business test progress and risk to project team.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the UAT testing process.
- Strong understanding of business process user acceptance testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in business test strategy, test planning, test case design, and test execution.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing, including the use of testing tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Development of Integrated Master UAT Test Plan.
- Requirements Traceability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with JIRA, SFDC, NetSuite, Google job productivity tools.
