Job Description
As an Export Documentation & Logistics Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire export process, including documentation, logistics, and compliance with international regulations. You will be expected to ensure the smooth and efficient service delivery that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.

Principal Accountabilities
Manage and oversee the entire export process from order to delivery, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.

Prepare and manage all export documentation such as shipping instructions, bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.

Coordinate with various departments and external entities like shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Maintain accurate data entry and quality management systems to track shipments, costs, and delivery times.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Utilize MS Office tools to generate reports, analyze data, and track performance.

Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence in all transactions.

Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in dealing with rapidly changing international trade regulations and market conditions.

Use business and commercial acumen to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Foster a global mindset, understanding the nuances and complexities of international trade and logistics.
