Role Summary

We are hiring a Flutter Mobile Application Developer with a minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in developing and deploying production-ready Android and iOS apps. This is an onsite role based in Hyderabad, ideal for a developer who wants to combine technical expertise with meaningful social impact. You will work closely with our core team to develop a scalable, user-friendly, and secure mobile application integrated with our WordPress-based platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring responsiveness and high performance across devices and OS versions.
• Design clean, modern, and intuitive UI/UX with pixel-perfect precision using Flutter widgets and animations.
• Integrate Firebase services: Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications), Analytics, and Cloud Functions for backend logic.
• Implement payment gateway integrations for donations and paid services (Razorpay, Stripe, UPI, etc.), with a strong emphasis on security and PCI compliance.
• Set up and manage Azure cloud hosting, including configuring backend services, storage, authentication, and app service environments.
• Consume and handle REST APIs, especially those from WordPress, to display dynamic content, user profiles, event details, and donation history.
• Manage the full app lifecycle – development, testing, release, and maintenance, including publishing and updating apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Perform thorough unit, widget, and integration testing to ensure app reliability and performance under various network conditions.
• Use state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.) effectively to handle complex application states.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with version control (Git).
• Monitor app performance and error reporting (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics) and optimize for better stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (web developers, designers, content creators, and administrators) to ensure consistency and synchronization across platforms.
• Stay updated on Flutter ecosystem updates and propose modern solutions and improvements proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Flutter mobile app development.
• Proven experience in building, publishing, and maintaining production-level Android and iOS apps (portfolio or app store links required).
• Deep understanding of Flutter framework, Dart language, widgets, and app architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Firebase platform (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).
• Experience integrating and securing payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, or native UPI systems.
• Strong command over Azure cloud services, including App Services, Function Apps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with API consumption, especially WordPress REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, and asynchronous programming.
• Ability to design and optimize responsive UI for multiple screen sizes and orientations.
• Experience with Git version control, collaboration tools (GitHub, Bitbucket), and Agile workflows.
• Solid grasp of security best practices in mobile app development – including data encryption, secure storage, and user session management.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience with WordPress customization and backend APIs.
• Proficiency in Java, React, or Python for backend or web integration.
• Knowledge of web development, SEO basics, and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Familiarity with App Store and Play Store submission guidelines, review handling, and beta testing (TestFlight, Google Play Console).
• Previous experience working on social impact, nonprofit, or devotional projects.
• Contributions to open-source or developer community forums (GitHub, Stack Overflow).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
