Educational Qualification:

Diploma or Polytechnic in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• System Maintenance:
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and application software.
• Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure system reliability.
• Networking Support:
• Set up and configure basic LAN/WAN networks.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
• Remote Support:
• Provide support to remote employees using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar platforms.
• Log and track issues using ticketing systems, escalating when necessary.
• Documentation:
• Maintain records of technical issues, resolutions, and system changes.
• Prepare basic user guides or FAQs for common technical problems.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with senior IT staff to implement new systems or upgrades.
• Assist in deploying IT policies and practices within the organization.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,410.78 - ₹15,000.00 per month
