Job Title: Front-End Developer

Hiring Location: Pune, India

Must Have Skills:

• Angular 12+: Over 7 years of hands-on experience working with Angular 12+ to build scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Unit Testing Automation: Proficiency in unit testing and test automation practices for ensuring high-quality code.
• Webpack: Experience with Webpack or similar bundling tools to optimize and package web applications.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and XP, and working in iterative and collaborative environments.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Skilled in conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and maintaining high code quality.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Ability to work within a team, contributing to the technical vision and development of the product, while maintaining detailed technical documentation.
• Version Control & Project Management: Proficiency in using Git for version control and Jira for project tracking and management.

Good to Have Skills:

• React: Experience with React in addition to Angular to broaden your front-end development expertise.
• Typescript: Solid experience with Typescript to improve code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Bootstrap: Knowledge of Bootstrap for implementing responsive and mobile-first design patterns.
• Responsive Design: Experience in creating responsive web applications for seamless cross-device compatibility.
• NPM: Familiarity with NPM (Node Package Manager) for managing packages and dependencies.
• Accessibility: Understanding of Accessibility (a11y) best practices and how to apply them in web applications.
• Agile Testing Frameworks: Experience with Agile testing frameworks, including BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and TDD (Test-Driven Development).
• Micro-Front-End: Exposure to Micro-Front-End architecture for building modular, scalable front-end applications.

Experience Range:

• Years of Experience: 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular 12+ and web application performance optimization.
• Relevant Experience: Hands-on experience with Angular, unit testing, Webpack, and performance-focused web application development.
• Technical Expertise: Expertise in Angular 12+, unit testing, Webpack, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Familiarity with React, Typescript, and Bootstrap would be a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• UI Implementation: Develop and implement a complete user interface for mobile, tablet, and desktop web apps, with a focus on performance and optimization.
• Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure the application performs seamlessly across various platforms and devices.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to align on technical vision and development of the product throughout its lifecycle.
• Testing & Automation: Participate in unit testing, deploy code to the development environment, and ensure quality via automated testing.
• Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, perform quality checks, and maintain best coding practices across the team.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation to support ongoing development and facilitate knowledge sharing.
