Front End Developer Intern

Overview

• Web Application Development: Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces for PsyPlay using modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js or Vue.js).
• Interactive UI/UX: Translate Figma/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, interactive components; implement animations, transitions, and game boards.
• Game Integration: Collaborate with our back end and AI teams to integrate game logic (PGN/FEN parsing, real-time gameplay) and external engines (e.g., Stockfish) via Web Sockets or REST APIs.
• Unity Basic Integration: Develop or integrate simple Unity WebGL modules (e.g., mini-games, 3D previews) and embed them seamlessly into the web application.
• Graphic Design Collaboration: Work closely with our design team to produce and optimize SVG/PNG assets, icons, and game boards; perform basic graphic design tasks as needed.
• Performance & Optimization: Ensure quick load times, smooth animations, and cross-browser compatibility; implement code-splitting and lazy-loading strategies.
• Testing & QA: Write unit and integration tests (Jest, Cypress) to maintain code quality; troubleshoot and fix bugs across browsers and devices.
• Agile Workflow: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; communicate estimates and progress clearly.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
