Front-End Developer with UI/UX Skills

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and customize front-end components using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Work with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or others to create and modify themes/templates
• Perform UI improvements and layout adjustments independently, keeping usability and aesthetics in mind
• Collaborate with backend developers and other team members to implement functional and visual features
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices
• Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues effectively
• Apply logical thinking to interface design and problem-solving
• 2+ years of experience in front-end web development
• Proficiency in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery knowledge is a plus)
• Solid experience working with popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
• Ability to customize themes/templates and manage plugins/extensions
• Decent eye for UI/UX, even without design mockups—can structure layouts that are clean, user-friendly, and functional
• Understanding of responsive design and modern browser behavior
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind, or other CSS frameworks
• Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop for UI adjustments
• Understanding of SEO best practices for front-end development
• Experience with version control systems like Git (Preferred but not mandatory)
